FAQ

Questions, answered.

When can I use ResaleHub?

Not yet. We're building ResaleHub now and don't have a launch date to share. Check back here: this page will be updated as we get closer to launch.

Which marketplaces will it support?

eBay first, on its European sites. Next comes a Swedish marketplace (we'll name it once it has given us the go-ahead), then Etsy and Allegro. We only connect to marketplaces through their official APIs, and we never automate a marketplace's website.

What will happen when an item sells?

You mark it sold once in ResaleHub and it ends the listing on your other marketplaces. Automatic sale detection is planned for later. Ending listings quickly makes a double sale much less likely, but no tool can rule it out completely: if a one-of-a-kind item ever sells twice, ResaleHub will show you how to cancel one order.

Will I need my own seller accounts?

Yes. You connect your existing accounts by signing in on the marketplace itself, and your listings appear under your own name. Each marketplace's own fees and rules still apply, and payments, shipping and buyer messages stay on the marketplace.

How much will it cost?

Pricing isn't set yet. We'll publish it before anyone can sign up, and nothing will ever be charged without you choosing a plan.

What about my data?

This website collects nothing: no sign-up form, no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party fonts or scripts. The ResaleHub app is being built for Europe and will come with its own privacy policy before launch.
